• Cattle Dog Studios is a Made to Order shop. I do have some Best Seller items that are Ready to Ship, but for the main part - everything is made to order.
• Please be sure to read each listing and contact me with any questions before purchasing.

Turn Around Time?

All Made to Order items will ship in 1-2 weeks after the time of purchase.

Digital Downloads

Please note that digital downloads may be used to create items for resell but the file itself shall not be sold to others.

Care of Product?

Please follow all care instructions.

Engraved Tumbler Care:

• Not microwave safe
• Dishwasher safe

Engraved tumblers purchased through CDS are durable as long they are a powder coated stainless steel tumbler, such as Yeti, RTIC, Stanley, etc. Although they are durable they have the potential to break or ruin after hard wear and tear of item. Once the item is in the buyers possession I cannot be held accountable for any damage to the product.

Do You Take Custom Orders?

Yes, we do take custom orders. Custom order requests can be made by submitting request via using our Contact Us form (found at About Us < Contact Us). I will touch base with you initially within 1-2 business days regarding your request.

What Brand of Tumbler Do You Use?

CDS uses a wide multitude of branded and unbranded tumblers. I strive to have a separate listing for each brand and its design. See a design that you like but maybe not the brand? Please send an email to: cattle.dog.studios@outlook.com with your inquiry and we can work out a custom order.

I'm Local. Can I Pick Up My Order to Save on Shipping?

CDS offers Local Pick-Ups for the customers in my community. I am located in Walkerton, IN and an exact address will be sent via email when your items are ready for pickup. Please be advised, when choosing LOCAL PICKUP your orders are set outside in a waterproof container. I am not responsible for maintaining your items once they are in the pick up box. Damage and/or theft will not be covered by Cattle Dog Studios. Please pick up your items promptly.

Lost/Damaged Packages & Shipping Insurance?

Please note that Cattle Dog Studios is not responsible for lost or damage packages once delivered to USPS. Be aware that you may open a case with USPS for any delivery issues, however make note that First Class shipping does not come with any type of shipping insurance coverage. You may select First Class or Priority for smaller packages under 1 lb, but we highly recommend selecting Priority shipping to have the shipping insurance in case of loss or damage. 

Can I Make a Change to My Order?

Changes such as shipping address, customization have a limited window to be changed. Please send an email to cattle.dog.studios@outlook.com if you need something updated ASAP to see if the change can be made. We try to accommodate as much as possible to your order prior to shipment. The sooner we know about a change, the better. 

Refunds?

No REFUNDS accepted.

Returns/Exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns/exchanges are not allowed at this time. You can send an email to cattle.dog.studios@outlook.com to see if your item is eligible for special circumstance and we will review and let you know.

Sezzle

The minimum purchase requirement to utilize Sezzle is $55.00.
